Most
domestic orders placed before 6pm (CT) Monday-Friday will usually ship
out the same day. This applies to all of our stuff. We ship USPS PRIORITY
MAIL (2-3 days arrival).
Orders after 6PM CST will ship within 1 business day from the time the order is placed. For some un-punk rock reason, it may take up to 3 business days (business days are weekdays, Monday-Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays) for processing AFTER you place your order BEFORE it will ship. We will notify you by e-mail and phone if we need more than 3 days. Also If you need your order in less than 2 days, please contact customer support 866-329-6668 to see if it’s possible for us to deliver your order in time. (9am-5pm Mon-Fri CT)

Will Smac Design Ship My Order?
We
will ship your order to the Shipping Address that you provide via USPS
including Post Office Boxes (PO Box). We currently ship to the United
States, US Territories, US and Abroad Military bases APO & FPO (USPS
does not guarantee 1-3 day delivery), and over 20 different International
Locations.
If you live in Milwaukee, you get your stuff delivered the same day - like pizza delivery.

Customer Guarantee: We are happy to exchange orders or accept returns for credit. We will cover the shipping costs for a second shipment provided the returned goods are in their original condition and accompanied by a reason for the return
Return Policy: Providing that your merchandise is in good condition, we can make an even exchange or provide a credit slip towards other merchandise 15 days from the date of purchase. We cannot provide a monetary refund.We cannot accept returns on apparel that has been washed or worn. We will credit your account once the item has been received into our system.
